Concept
A low-density, high-amenity technology precinct on the Mornington Peninsula.
Through extensive community consultation, the following indicative land use concept was considered the most preferred option relative to several others explored as it provides significant open space resulting in a low-density, high-amenity, high-tech business park.
The concept entails a low-density, high-amenity, high-tech business park offering approximately 139,800sqm of NLA (net lettable area) designed to attract a wide variety of complimentary businesses to the precinct.
The precinct demonstrates a strong commitment to open space and community infrastructure in the form of a community playing field, a community hub and after-trip facilities with significant open space and public realm connections linking business uses with a heritage precinct via a network of walking, cycling and running paths.
